Where... where did it go?

The content of this article is split up among several sub pages as it grew too large.
To alter the content you may have to edit one of the pages below.

Complete Article: {article}
Transcluded Pages: {pages}

Summary

The above template is used to help direct users to transcluded pages used to make up a single article. The template is used to direct members to these pages through use of the article and pages to keep everything together. Typically this template will be found on the main article's Talk or Discussion page as well as the transcluding articles, it can be done via the following format:

OR

How to translude

Transclusion can be tricky, but its not too difficult once you get the hang of it. An article only needs to have transcluded pages when its total size is greater that 30,000 bytes and this limit can be seen by going into a page's History tab. Once a page has reached this limit it is typically easiest to transclude the largest part of the article, normally a character or unit's history. To do so, copy and paste the section that will be transcluded into a new article, again this is done by creating a sort of sub-page to the normal article (ex. Article/History) and other examples can be seen here.

Once the sub-page that is going to be transcluded has been created ensure the above format has been included at the top of that article before saving to make life easier in the future. Once you are certain the transcluded article is finished, return to your main article and remove the section you have transcluded (if you have not already done so) and use the following code (replacing "Article/Transclusion" with your article) to actually transclude it into your article:
