Opened in late 27 ABY following the Battle of Antei, Dystopia was Seng Karash's newest and most popular entertainment venue, an almost featureless black glass monolith that towers over the surrounding buildings.

It was accidentally destroyed six years later by founder Malisane Sadow in an attempt to kill [Severina] with a bomb concealed in the head of Talorthane Zemar. The explosion destroyed the forcefields securing the building and the shockwave cased the sections of the building to collapse destroying a large section of the cities Leisure District.
