Azariel was Nagai born to parents who opposed and attacked Jedi, they were killed in short order. He was then adopted by Atin Ordo and given the name Llats. From there on he was raised as a Mandalorian. At the age of 15, he began bounty hunting. Llats achieved moderate success, until one day he overheard someone speaking of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. After contacting some reliable sources, he gained entrance to the Shadow Academy.
