Torbai Garrison is the center of Arcona’s Defense and Expeditionary Forces. All administration for the Armed Forces comes through Torbai Garrison, and most of the brass for the ground forces are stationed within its confines. Only a short distance from both Estle City (the political capital of the Dajorra system) and the Arcona Citadel, it has a rapid reaction force specifically trained to defend these crucial locations in the event of an Invasion.

Torbai Garrison is situated into four quadrants and the facility as a whole is stationed by the coast with a walled perimeter.
Administrative Facility
The offices of the Brass as well as most of the Administrative branches are based in the Admin Building. In times of crisis, the Admin Building acts as a Command Center and also has a hardened bunker built into the lower portion situated underground. The bunker can shield all of the Command staff and still operate as a war room. The Administrative Building is structurally a sprawling affair, with no part of it exceeding five stories. The Arcona Intelligence Division also operates almost entirely from the Administrative Facility.
Barracks
The Barracks areas are the largest in the Dajorra system and house much of the Arconan military’s personnel when shore leave, as well as the entire 1st and 4th Divisions (38000 troops in total). They are organised into large two story buildings separated into blocks and avenues to aid navigation. There is also a central Mess and Rec area for the use of the rank and file.
Storage
A bland name for a crucial part of the Garrison, Storage is a huge stockpile of war materiel ranging from emergency food supplies, different environmental gear for the ground forces and a lot of the hardware when not in use, such as the Base’s complement of walkers and speeder bikes. The Storage Quadrant is primarily a large number of neatly organised warehouses and garages adjacent to the Terminal.
Terminal
A small spaceport exclusively for military use, the Terminal has a variety of Landing pads and offers the maintenance and repair facilities for all of the AEF and DDF’s Corvettes and Gunships. There are also 20 LAAT/i gunships stationed on-site ready to transport troops to orbit or about the planet if necessary.
