"Ib'tuur jatne tuur ash'ad kyr'amur. - "Today is a good day for someone else to die.""
―Hand of Urr motto

The Hand of Urr is a massive mercenary group of Mandalorians from Karinon under Clan Ordo. These specialized Mandalorians were hired and trained by Masters Michael Halcyon and Kriss Kiltho in preparation for the Defense of New Tython.

The ancestral history of Clan Ordo traces back to the planet Ordo in the Mandalore sector, being granted guardianship over the planet by a Mandalore long since forgotten to the annals of time. Clan Ordo gained galactic fame during the times of Revan when Canderous Ordo assisted the former Dark Lord Of The Sith on his quest to disable the Star Forge, a remnant Dark Side artifact of the Rakatan Infinite Empire.

Over the countless generations since then Clan Ordo dwindled until it bounced back to life in the form of modern day Ordo; an amalgamation of two distinct cultures which established a homestead on the moon Karinon in 387 BBY. Currently the Hand of Urr is engaged in the Defense of New Tython.

History

Birth of the Black Hand

The failed conquest of the Federation of the Double Worlds left the planets of the Corellian system in near collapse. The worlds of Selonia and Drall allied with Corellia in an attempt to conquer the double worlds of Talus and Tralus. Ten years prior, a Jedi by the name of Karinn Detroma and her twin apprentices Agart and Kriss Kiltho were dispatched to Corellia. Their mission was to oversee negotiations between the five worlds. During a high profile meet between the five political leaders explosions rocked the capital. A major offensive was set off as armed mercenaries stormed the capital buildings. Armed Corellian soldiers took to the streets, and massive firefights broke out throughout the city. Sporadic skirmishes erupted turning peaceful bustling streets into desolate wastes of urban warfare.

The Corellia system circa 500 BBY

The Jedi Ambassadors, while escorting two officials from Talus and Tralus, were ambushed and overwhelmed in the ensuing chaos around them. While attempting to save their lives; Master Detroma was seemingly shot down and cornered along with Agart Kiltho. In the midst of combat, while protecting the political officials, Kriss Kiltho abandoned them, leaving them to the assassination orders of the mercenary group. Expecting Kriss to counter-attack the mercenaries that captured them, Master Detroma and Agart Kiltho surrendered themselves to fates unknown.

Rise of the Black Hand

Cyris Oscura

As a renegade, Kriss Kiltho quickly adopted a new name and appearance when his traitorous ways were made public, and he was struck off the Jedi roll on Coruscant. Eventually Kriss, now named Cyris Oscura, fell in with the same mercenary group he’d fled from, dubbed the Black Brigade.

The Black Brigade was a paramilitary unit consisting of around one thousand troops. Their expertise encompassed a wide range of abilities including pirating, smuggling, and the occasional slavery, although they were chiefly soldiers for hire. The Black Brigade was founded thirty years prior by Gaius Verone, a human from Corellia. His syndicate of thieves and smugglers eventually needed a strong arm of protection from which evolved the violent heritage of the group.

Over the years Cyris Oscura committed himself to his new identity in the seedy underworld of crime. A loyal and smart member, he gained recognition for his bloody deeds and developed a sinister reputation. His reputation went unchecked and he used his new found dark powers to influence and subjugate his new allies into bitter soldiers.

Cyris Oscura reached the top of the Black Brigade hierarchy and dubbed himself the 'Black Hand’; a role that would put him at the pinnacle of power over the units beneath him. Power hungry, the Black Hand then led a conquest on the world of Velrahn II, subjugating the volcanic planets colonies to the will of the Black Brigade. By this point the brigade had grown so large that they were anything but a brigade.

With a world all to their own, the Black Brigade established a stronghold: Ashvroth, an ancient castle near the foothills of Mount Igneo. The Black Brigade, with its stranglehold on Velrahn II complete, quickly swelled into an army as its soldiers interbred with the colonists over the passing years. Eventually the entire military unit was re-dubbed the 'Black Army'. When overpopulation inflated the needs of its citizens, the Black Hand began his offensive of the nearest worlds to Velrahn II in a bid for conquest; sowing the seeds of an Empire.

The Republic responded in full force to quell the invaders, who had slowly been bleeding the sector.

The Ruins of Ashvroth

The Black Army made outrageous gains on several worlds, although these new acquisition were held only briefly. In the face of the Republic forces, the Black Army quickly lost their gains. The Black Hand, Cyris Oscura, issued a retreat to fortify on Ashvroth.

All regiments returned to their fortified home planet only to be met by stark counter-defense by Republican forces. Ground troops stormed the volcanic slopes of Velrahn II, laying waste to the city. The citizens had evacuated in waves accompanied by Army escorts. The Republic Jedi landed on the planet to assist in the assault on Ashvroth. After massive bombings crippled the enormous walls of the fortress, the stronghold fell. It was at this point that the Black Hand himself emerged from the ruinous waste. Agart Kiltho, now a Jedi Master, met his dark adversary on the slopes of Mount Igneo where a great lightsaber duel erupted whereupon the masters broke open the earth beneath them, falling into the catacombs of Ashvroth below.

The Black Hand proved to be the inferior duelist as his life was held in limbo. Upon discovering his fraternal connection to his opponent, Agart called upon a strange Force technique plunging the Black Hand into a much darker fate. With little time to waste, Agart Kiltho wandered with his brother's body deeper into the labyrinth. He found a desolate location and deposited the body, sealing him away in hopes that, when he awoke, his dark taint would be no more. Meanwhile the combined remnant of the Black Army fled into deep space.

Reformation

On some planet near Nythaspir, the Black Army shed its desire to form an empire and returned to their mercenary history. The old ways had returned. For about five generations these family units maintained their grisly heritage as soldiers for hire and also returning to their original namesake, the Black Brigade. With burgeoning numbers the nomadic Black Brigade clans converged on a lunar colony in the outer rim.

The Moon Karinon

The Colony was situated on a lush moon they began to call 'Karinon', orbiting an orange and white gas giant. The inhabitants were a small faction of Republic Reformists. Their security forces were quickly overwhelmed, and the local populations fled into the woods. The cities inhabitants were quickly supplanted with Black Brigade clans.

Little less than a month after the colonists were pushed out of the city, hordes of strange warriors rained down from the skies over the moon. The warriors were equal in number to the Black Brigade's 40,000 roster. Great losses on both sides forced the two warrior entities to issue a truce. This truce became more of a declaration of mutual respect between the two communities. The warriors identified themselves as the last remnant of Clan Ordo. Their home-world of Ordo had been experiencing climate fluctuations turning their desert world into a lush tropical jungle before plunging the landscape back into an arid desert. They had located the lunar colony expecting little resistance, unaware of the Black Brigades invasion.

The influx of pirates, smugglers, and slavers caused a shift in the Mandalorian traditions that were once so deeply rooted into the very foundations of Ordo. Clan Ordo would be divided into small factions of purist Mandalorians that believed the former Black Brigade should adapt to their beliefs. Mandalorians that became aruetiise (traitors) as they started taking up pirating and smuggling operations, and former members of the Black Brigade that opposed the melding in the first place.

A Black Hand Al'verde of Clan Ordo

Eventually the two groups melded into one single cohesive clan. Black Brigade culture had disappeared by this time as the generations following the war had long inter-bred into the other. Black Brigade culture had also fused with Mando'a culture as all that remained of the former was their historic past recorded in their holo-books, stories and rituals. More importantly preserved was the Brigade's emblem: an iconic hand-print emblazoned onto the foreheads of their helmets.

New Horizons

Years passed on and the once isolationist Clan Ordo had built a substantial bastion for the culture to flourish on Karinon. As the Clan grew in number so too did the needs of its people. Off-world, most Ordo Mandalorians worked the family business by taking contracts from the sector's most prospective clients. Their work entailed contracting themselves as private militias.

Clan Ordo was among a few Mandalorian clans to aid the Yuuzhan Vong in 26 ABY. Doing so ensured no harm would befall their world of Karinon. Acting as a pre-invasion force for the Vong they managed to evacuate whole populations ahead of Vong invasion.

The War ended 4 years later. Eager to continue fighting, Clan Ordo searched endlessly hoping to find work to no avail. Taking to the skies they invaded and conquered a handful of small nearby planets already weak and in ruin from the Great Vong War. Realizing they had only conquered rubble they retreated back to Karinon.

Upon arrival, the forces of Clan Ordo were commissioned as a private militia for an as of yet undisclosed planet. The individuals who spoke to the council were described as pale men wearing brown cloaks. Their face was obscured and their posture noted as that of Jedi. They announced themselves as Master Halcyon and Master Kiltho. The latter's face was extremely familiar to the Mandalorians, yet the name was obscure. At first they resisted and denied the Jedi any agreement, but Master Kiltho persuaded them otherwise. The Council decided to allow them to pursue a contract.

The specifics of the contract were that Clan Ordo was to immediately dispatch their forces to a location provided by the man. Over the course of 4 years they would undergo a strict training regimen. At the end of such training preparations will transition toward the next phase of their contract.

At the conclusion of their specialized training Clan Ordo will embark into deep space where they will rendezvous with an undisclosed party in a region of space as yet undisclosed to them where they will achieve war-time status in the defense of a small planet.

After much deliberation the large scale order was permitted. Masters Kiltho and Halcyon were granted 50,000 Mandalorian soldiers from Clan Ordo as well as a variety of war time vessels. They departed immediately to a distant volcanic planet of Velrahn II, which the Mandalorians noted to be one of their two ancestral homeworlds. Unbeknownst to them, their client was indeed the father of that ancestral thread.

For four years the training regimen of Clan Ordo consisted of strict dietary and physical conditioning as well as exercises geared towards honing their mental skills. The bulk of this training was directed towards combating Force-users. Mandalorians were drilled on how to combat lightsaber-wielding opponents and to anticipate and defend from Force attacks from actual Jedi. The Hand units studied warfare strategies and further honed their skills through war games over the Velrahn system.

With their training commencing under the careful tutelage of Master Kiltho, Michael Halcyon set off as he continued to prepare the way for the days to come.

Training and Tactics

Most Mandalorians started their training as soon as they could walk. Usually their training would begin by the age of 5. The training itself was very family oriented; young Mandalorians would go hunting with their fathers, brothers, or sometimes even their uncles. The Mandalorian culture is unique among the other cultures of the galaxy, given that their culture is based around combat, honor and family. Indeed, the Mandalorians could frequently be found at the front lines of war, believing that battle was a source of pride and honor.

The training of Mandalorian youths, which started at the age of 5, involved hunting, trap making, scavenging, tracking, creature identification, weapons identification and training, and what could be called brutal physical conditioning. From there, around the age of 15, Mandalorians would craft their very own first set of Mandalorian armor, better known as beskar'gam, which means “iron skin” in Mando’a. Young Mandalorians would then learn to move in this armor, and again, hunt using the armor.

Clan Ordo’s Mandalorians are considered the elite of the elite, usually due to the intensity of their training. They would learn little things such as tracking, trapping, survival, etc. However, the main part of their training involved being left alone 300 klicks away from their village and, using what they had learned, they would make their way back to the village in full armor, including gun and pack, while a squad of adult Mandalorians would be tracking them. They had 7 days to make it back to their village, without being caught. If the Mandalorian passed this, they would be given the rank of Private and told to report to their Company Commander.

Organization

The Hand of Urr is made up of three divisions of ground troops and two divisions of support operatives. That is a total force of 50,000. Each division has, in their command, an Al’verde. Under each division are three regiments, three battalions, and three companies. In charge of each of these are a regimental captain, a battalion lieutenant, and a company sergeant. Each of these soldiers reports to the next, all the way up to the Al’verde. As seen below, the ranks are also signified by hand prints. These hand prints can be on the helmet, chest, or pauldron of the soldier only. The color of the hand print signifies the rank of the soldier. Below, in the Divisional Structure section, is an example of one of the Ground Troops Divisions.

White Hand

A small elite unit made of Clan Ordo’s 20 most elite warriors,

Basilisk War Droid

the White Hand takes orders directly from the White Hand himself Kriss Kiltho a.k.a. the redeemed Cyris Oscura. The White Hand's' methods of combat vary based on their objectives as they are particularly a special operations force. The White Hand's' training has even been extended towards Force based operations. While not Force-sensitive combatants themselves, the White Hand has been trained and conditioned to appropriate their fighting strategies against more advanced Force-wielding combatants than would any other hand unit.

As an elite Mandalorian unit would, the White Hand employs the use of rare Basilisk War Droids in combat. Reverse engineered by Clan Ordo from ancient schematics, the Basilisk War Droid has not seen much change from the originals. The basic layout of a 4-legged beast still remains, although the newer weaponry and armor plating does not seem to own up to their predecessor's legendary reputation. While not true Basilisk War Droids, the twenty in use by the White Hand members lack the ferocity of the originals yet manage to instill just as much fear.

  • Biography:

Al'verde Jake Corwal trained his entire childhood life on the moon of Karinon. It was here where underwent many harsh tests, at which he proved to be a promising warrior to Clan Ordo. During his time on Karinon, Jake Corwal was also the son of a great Al'verde of the same name, who died in 1 BBY. Jake Corwal decided that he would train long and hard to live up to his father's legacy, and become one of the Al'verde. With no father to teach him to hunt, Jake Corwal's uncle and older brother had often hunted alongside him, instructing him in the use of traps and weapons, as well as the art of camouflage. After becoming proficient enough to hunt on his own, Jake would often brave harsh climates and would not come back unless he had hunted a beast worthy of bringing back to the village. At the age of fifteen, he had crafted his first set of Mandalorian armor in likeness of his father's, a green suit of armor emblazoned with a Black Hand. Although the emblazoned hand was a symbol of rank, therefore it was not included in his suit of armor. When Jake was ready for the main part of his training, he had insisted on being left 400 klicks away from the village, a full hundred klicks away from the usual challenge. After 6 days of using his survival skills and eating only what he could hunt himself, he had managed to make it back to the village, without report of so much as a footprint being found by the trackers. As a young Mandalorian of Clan Ordo, he was held with high respect among the people, and to be used as an example for future generations.

When he became older, around the age of twenty-five, Jake received extensive training in organization and tactics, which he used to great effect while leading his Mandalorians into battle. At the age of 30, he had been given the title of Al'verde to lead the divisions of Clan Ordo. He is also claimed to be the greatest strategist of his time, having led divisions into countless battles.

  • Hair color: Light Red
  • Eye color: Amber

  • Biography:

Lar Rya was born on Zeltros but did not spend any time on her home world. Her parents were known entertainers that traveled the outer and inter core worlds. They were never that big but they did have jobs almost every week in smaller cantinas across the galaxy. Lar learned from her mother about dance and how to act. She joined her parents act at the age of three, the little girl was dressed up in cute outfits and made to dance around the stage.

Behind the scenes however they were part of a small spice smuggling ring. They could get the spice into places that most people could not. Other smugglers would have been searched, but due to them being known most as entertainers they could easily access such areas. It helped that Lar's mother could charm her way past almost any male of any race. This helped Lar's father to get out of almost any problem they got into. With the dangers that came with the life they lead, Lar’s father made sure to teach his daughter martial arts from the time she could walk. They would spend hours sparing before and after shows. The hand to hand skills helped Lar with her dance routines as well.

When Lar turned eight, the smuggling ring they contracted with started to have some problems. Their best smugglers were being killed by a group of mercenaries that seemed to come and go, leaving no survivors. The moment that Lar's parents found out about these mercenaries, they went into hiding; however, it was too late. The mercenaries were members of Clan Ordo; a group of Mandalorians that were known to be killers for hire. They found Lar with her parents, and showed little restraint when they killed her mother and father. Though she was still young, she picked up her father's blaster and shot her parents' murderer.

The second Mandalorian was shocked by the lack of fear in the eight year old girl, telling her that was brash and that he liked that. The man had no children of his own, and so he took young Lar into his family. He told her that if she became his daughter she could learn much more about fighting, and maybe some day she would be strong enough to take revenge for her parents. With few options left to her, Lar Rya became part of Clan Ordo. She learned at the hand of her "father", skills that she would never have dreamed of before. Her father took note and found her to be one of the most skilled fighters of her age group.

As Lar Rya grew into a young woman, so did her skills and soon, she was able to best her father in combat. It didn't bring back her birth parents but it did make her feel better, seeing her new father laying on the ground. She, however, did not kill him for she was grateful for all he had done for her. The girl was able to join the ranks of command with the mercenaries of the clan. From that point on she was known to all as the one that, if you crossed her, she would find a way to take you out so that the blame would befall another.

  • Biography:

Bevant was born into the Mandalorian culture. His parents and grandparents had always been part of the Mandalorian clans, though not always Clan Ordo. Yet he was brought up with the beliefs and family values of the clans. At age eight he was taken by his father to do military training while his sisters remained with their mother. He was not the first born but was the first son to his father. His older sisters were trained with him until he was eight years old. It was at this time that his eldest sister Neeila, who was four years older, informed their parents that she did not wish to be a warrior. She had always wanted to be with her mother and learn how to be a loving mother. His other sister Sarria, who was only two years older, had wanted to be trained as a warrior; however she was killed in a freak training accident that happened only one month after she had left their home to be trained.

The life he had was hard for him. He, at times, got into trouble by taking too many changes and making bad decisions. For years he felt like he wanted to take his own life. Bevant had been very close to his sister Sarria and her death was hard on him. He blamed their father for it, and at times, acted out to spite him. If an order came through by his dad, he would not turn his head and refuse to follow it. It made him a strong warrior, but it also marked him as some one who did not follow orders.

Because of his defiance to follow orders, he was rarely intrusted to lead others in training. It was when he was fifteen that he was given a shot at commanding a small group of his fellow warriors. They had a simple task go to a small town on Cilare and retrieve supplies for their clan. There was no need to fight for they were only going there to pick up a shipment that was already arranged and paid for by the clan. Yet the moment they left they seemed a be a magnet for trouble. A group of smugglers that the clan had tried to do away with months before followed the young group of warriors to the town. There, they attacked Bevant and his fellow warriors.

Orders came down to Bevant that they were to retreat and head home. He chose not to listen and in the end paid dearly for that. When they did fall back to head home, it was because Bevant himself had been wounded horribly. He could not lead, thus his best friend Jonron took over command and safely brought them home. Bevant awoke from spending two weeks in a bacta tank. He learned that six of the ten warriors that left never came back home. His choice had cost six men their lives. For weeks he was in a deep depression over this, surprisingly, it was his father who snapped him out of it.

After the affair, his father told him that he would have to change his ways. It was at that time that his father also told him the story of how his sister died. He had blamed his father for so long because he had not heard the truth of what happened that day. It would turn out that his sister, who was very head strong, had chosen a different course of action rather then listening to orders. She had paid for her choice with her life, whereas, Bevant was still alive. His father told Bevant how lucky he had been, and that he would have to go to the families of the men that were lost under his command. He would need to tell them what happened that faithful, and why.

It took Bevant years to redeem himself in the eyes of his peers, but also to the senior warriors, and the council. It was not until he was thirty that he was given another shot at command. He was then ready to lead and have his peers follow him. He is able to follow orders, but at times will still direct those under his command into different objectives, if he sees something the commanders overlooked. Bevant will not follow blindly along, but he does listen to others a lot more than he ever did as a cocky upstart kid.

Cabuor Regimental Commander

  • Weight: 54.4 kg
  • Skin color: Blue
  • Hair color: Black
  • Eye color: Red
  • Armor color: Silver with Alor'ad Red Hand
  • Biography:

Deegan never knew her mother, raised solely by her father for the first handful of years. He told her, when she was old enough, that it was her fault that her mother died. This fact would haunt the young girl for years to come. She learned how to be a woman from her older adopted sister, Maris. It would seem that Maris came to be part of their family when her parents were killed in battle. Maris was already in her early twenties at this time, however, Deegans father needed someone to take care of his little girl.

At the age of six, Timis Trushan took his daughter on her first training assignment. It was a rather easy assignment, but one that would change their lives forever. They were to exorte a ship filled with high level politicians. Deegans job was to learn how the ship ran and what the duties of the crew were. Each day started with a new person she would shadow. Those people would, unknowingly, teach her how to do the job. Misfortune struck three days into their job when they were hit by a pirate group.

During the attack Deegan received an injury, her father was killed, and most of the crew had been taken prisoner. Somehow Deegan managed to survive her injury and escaped before the pirates could take her as a prisoner. When Maris learned of this, she and her new husband quickly adopted Deegan as their own daughter. Deegan was then watched over for three more years before she was able to go out on another assignment. She soon became a skilled, but very cautious warrior. The young woman took care in studying tactics and would follow orders to the letter. With how much she had already been through, she did not move up the ranks quickly but as she got older and wiser; her elders took notice. They moved her up the ranks where she excelled at each task set before her.

Her life may have started out rocky but with the help of her adopted sister, she learned how to overcome these hardships. With all she had done, she chose not to take a husband. She has however adopted numerous of her orphaned friends in her own family. With those friends by her side, as sisters and brothers, she now has a new reason to fight.

Arms and Armor

Besbe'trayce

Variations of Clan Ordo's Shock Trooper Armor

Each Mandalorian of of the Hand of Urr boasts their own idiosyncratic set of skills, and consequently each wields their own set of customized weapons. In general the Clan stockpiles a selection of baseline weapons, which the Mandalorian weaponsmiths then remodel and upgrade according to each mercenary's specifications. The mercenary work on New Tython in 35 ABY saw a prevalence of slugthrowers used by the Clan, due to the inherent advantage held by these weapons against lightsabers.

  • DE-23 Slug Pistol: This is the standard sidearm carried by most of the mercenaries, sometimes even used in pairs. It resembles the DE-10 blaster pistol in design, but it fires projectile ammunition. This is extremely useful against lightsaber-wielding opponents, because the projectile is much less visible than a blaster bolt and it cannot be deflected back at the gunslinger.
  • Masser sonic pistol: Similar to the Imperial sonic blaster, this compact sidearm is well suited to close-range attacks on Dark Jedi, as its bursts of sonic energy cannot be deflected. However, it has a short range and does not have as much stopping power as a blaster or slugthrower.
  • Bosser gasslug pistol: This stocky sidearm resembles a KD-30 slugthrower. It fires projectile ammunition containing a pellet of neurotoxic gas, which is released upon impact. If struck by a lightsaber, the pellet still releases its gas cloud, making the gasslug pistol ideal for dispatching Dark Jedi.
  • Curler slug repeater: This is the standard rifle used by the mercenaries, resembling the Imperial Heavy Repeater. It has a high rate of fire and a wide spread pattern; it is devastating to close enemy formations, but almost useless against long-distance single targets. It has decent stopping power and the slugs have enough force to penetrate light armor.
  • Garger rapid chaingun: This heavy repeating autocannon is similar to the Z-6 rotary blaster cannon, but it fires projectile ammo. It has an extremely high rate of fire and stopping power, although it runs out of ammo relatively quickly, and the replacement packs are cumbersome to carry. The chaingun itself is so heavy that only the strongest Mandalorians use it as their weapon of choice. It fires slugs with enough force to penetrate all but the heaviest personal armor.
  • Fisser slugsniper: This long-barrelled sniping rifle fires high-velocity projectiles, using the same technology as the Adventurer rifle. It is useful to dispatch Force-sensitive targets from a distance, as the velocity of the bullet gives the target very little time to sense the danger and react to it.
  • Crisper flamegun: This bulky flamethrower is unstoppable at close range and causes debilitating injury if not death. The gun itself connects to a fuel tank in a backpack or jetpack. It is used as much for its devastating effect on enemy morale as for its physical effects.
  • Beskad: This is the principal melee weapon of the mercenaries. It resembles a machete, with a relatively short heavy blade with a single cutting edge. It is well suited to neutralize the long reach of most lightsabers if in the hands of a trained mercenary. This weapon is generally used by more specialized Mandalorians, since the majority of the mercenaries prefer to gun down Dark Jedi from a distance.

Beskar'gam

The armor worn by the Clan Ordo mercenaries is almost indistinguishable from their weaponry, since they are equally essential components of each Mandalorian's offensive and defensive technique. As with the weapons, every suit of armor is highly personalized to each individual mercenary, according to their training and fighting style. However, the baseline model used by all mercenaries is the Shock Trooper Armor or supercommando armor. This suit provides the perfect balance between protection and mobility, with segmented durasteel plates and blast-dampening mesh suit.

Apart from color and style variations to denote rank and individuality, the armor can also be customized to hold several gadgets and offensive weapons. These include a ZX miniature flame projector, a Dur-24 wrist laser, a liquid cable launcher and retractable serrated blades attached to the wristband, poison dart shooters on the kneepad, magnetic soles and a jetpack with various possible types of missiles. A HUD, targeting system and communication device are often incorporated into the helmet.

Designed several years after the Clone Wars by Mandal Hypernautics, these corvettes were designed to counter starfighters and bombers and carried as many weapons as possible without compromising its space-worthiness. It was also faster than any other similar ship during the time it was publicly unveiled. Featuring 12 heavy duty laser cannons and a state of the art point-defense system that is capable of taking out missiles and torpedoes before they hit the actual ship, there is no doubt of the combat potential of the Crusader-class corvette.

Keldabe-class battleship

Keldabe-class Dreadnaught

Clan Ordo, in need of ships that could carry their StarVipers and Basilisk War Droids acquired a dozen of Keldabe-class battleships. Like the Crusader-class Corvette, it was built after a Mandal Hypernautics design, the ship's class was named after Mandalore's capital. Ships of this class are able to compete with Star Destroyers on the battleground. The Keldabe-class sports various weapon systems that make it a match for any other ship of comparable size. Perhaps the two most frightening weapons on the ships are the Mass Driver missile launchers, which could fire straight through enemy shields, and an unnamed armament that allows the ships to leech energy from enemy vessels and shields to power its own weapon systems.

  • Crew: 6000
  • Passengers: 1000
  • Armaments: 5 turbolaser batteries, 3 heavy ion cannon batteries, 1 mass driver missile launcher, 1 energy leech, 1 tractor beam, 2 point-defense laser cannons
  • Complements: 50 StarVipers, Numerous Basilisk War Droids
  • Note: At least three took part in the Defense of New Tython
StarViper

StarViper-class attack platform

Inspired by Prince Xizor's personal heavy starfighter, the Virago, MandalMotors reacquired the rights to the craft after the crime lord's death, and began reproducing the iconic fighter. The contract was handed down to Mandal Hypernautics to create a less powerful variant of the Virago, one that saw extensive use in the criminal underworld during the era of the Galactic Empire. The standard StarViper was armed with two double heavy laser cannons, and two forward facing proton torpedo tubes, each carrying three torpedoes. It sported tougher armor than you would find on regular starfighters but most surprisingly it was a fast and agile ship, despite its uncommon shape and design. The Mandalorians of Clan Ordo, like they do with every piece of technology, have tinkered with, and customized, their starfighters to personal tastes.

  • Crew: 1 (Pilot)
  • Armaments: 2x double heavy laser cannons, 2x proton torpedo tubes
  • Complements: Buzzdroids
Meteor-class Q-Carrier

Meteor-class Q-Carrier

The Meteor-class Q-Carrier is Clan Ordo's troop transport vessel of choice. Developed and built by MandalMotors and customized by Clan Ordo tinkering, these Q-Carriers out perform the transports of any other organisation. They are protected by heavy hull plating and sport twin blaster cannon systems on each side of the fuselage. Perhaps the greatest advantage of the Meteor-class was its ability to operate far from a supporting space station or capital ship, which has taken more than one ground force by surprise when they suddenly had to face Ordo Mandalorians. The ship, which is shaped in the form of the faces of the original Mandalorians, is an impressive sight to behold in peace time, but quickly instills terror into the minds of all who face them on the battlefield.

  • Crew: 1 (Pilot)
  • Troops for transport: Ranging from 200 to 300 (Depending on ship customization)
  • Armaments: 2x twin blaster cannons
