Miklik is an Ewok, from the forest moon of Endor, born in 5 BBY. He joined the Rebel Alliance in the months following the Battle of Endor, and was a founding member of the New Republic Defense Force. After washing out of some “Jedi Academy” in his second year, he eventually rose to the rank of Warrant Officer, and served as a senior gunner aboard a Frigate. He was forced into freelance work upon the fall of the New Republic. He loves shooting any and all types of weaponry. 

Biography

He was born into a large family that lived an idylic life on the moon of Endor. He had grown up in the hunting tradition as did many others of his kind. When the Empire arrived shortly after his 6th Name Day, he participated in scouting and primitive reconnaissance of the Imperial Shield Generator facility they had constructed. After participating in the battle he was befriended by a Flight Lt from the Rebel Alliances Green Squadron during the post battle celebration and mopping up operations. He eventually said goodbye to his family and caught a transport offworld and after some basic training he joined his new friend in Green Squadron as a WSO.

During the time of the late New Republic he was serving as a senior gunner aboard the NRS Pride of Dantooine when the government dissolved. Miklik was hired by a Corporate Sector Security firm and worked as a gunner on various courier and transport vessels, but quit in 40 ABY after being ordered to fire on a vessel loaded with civilian refugees. He spent the next few years as a crew chief aboard a Doonium Ore freighter until the company went bankrupt and he was left on a remote colony.

Miklik and his droid friend Fozzy were happened upon by an emancipated Droid named Reece who was visiting the mining colony in the late summer of 44 ABY. He and Fozzy had been stranded for months after being laid off and eagerly accepted job offers from the bombastic R9 unit and all of their fates were forever changed for the better that day.
