Upcoming changes to the Dark Brotherhood will require that this armor be purchased by its owner.
After these changes are complete, you will be given the option of purchasing this armor for official Brotherhood use. Clans will likely be required to purchase armor for units under their command.
Note that no changes are required by you, this tag is simply to make it easier for the Grand Master to identify individual members' possessions and ease the implementation of the upcoming possession system.
