| *Outstanding achievements does not mean things like: joining the Brotherhood or passing SA tests. It is something that stands out above the rest (i.e. highest score on a certain test). This is in relation to events in your character's DB career. Here's another example: if this were an NFL wiki, a page about Peyton Manning would list under his Outstanding Achievements: Super Bowl XLI MVP. It's something like that. Or look at [[Kaine Mandaala]]'s page and see what he has under that listing.
