Why should it be gone? There's not a single wiki link in your entire article - from my quick scan. "Dark Jedi", "Dark Brotherhood Era", "Ylith Atema", "Macron", "Clan Naga Sadow", your dossier and homeworld/species can be linked to the DB site and SW wiki, etc. Just helps to connect your page with other pages, which is what the link thing means.
For example: Your Master will link to Your Master's page.

Before you do any further Wiki work, I'm requesting (as the Wiki Tribune and instructor) that you take the Wiki Basics course at the Shadow Academy.
