| The Company was formed in 29. ABY. Situated on the rigid planet Khalim in the mid Rim near the Hydian way and the Sullust system.

Using the mercenaries he enslaved the local tribes of natives to crate his working force and bought 400 slaves from teh hutt empire. A total of 2800 workers that dig the mines around the compound.
