The Master-Student Program, the system originated in House Acclivis Draco under the guidance of Michael Halcyon, Quaestor of the House at the time, is now used throughout the Brotherhood as the primary way of training Journeymen. However, some clans choose to not make use of the "Master-Student Program" because of it's many inherent flaws.
