Justinios Drake is a Neophyte allied with House Dinaari of Clan Taldryan. As a former Professor, Justinios' main focus in on his continuing research into the The Force.
Character History
Early Life
Although born on Aleen, Justinios' family immigrated to the Capital world of Coruscant when he was only one year old. His father was able to provide a relatively normal life for his family working as a maintenance worker for the local government. Although the elder Drake did experience some discrimination based on his non-human status, his willingness to use his small stature to access hard to reach and dangerous areas of Coruscant's infrastructure generally overrode any bias. With the income provided from his position within the government, Justinios' father was able to afford to send his son to University after he had graduated from grade school.
When it came to school choice Justinios was somewhat limited again due to lingering non-human bias on the planet, even after it had officially joined the New Republic. Private schools were out of reach due to their cost and most administrators at the government run universities were holdouts of the Imperial era clinging to the old ways. As the Aleena's senior year drew to a close, he had still not received acceptance to any of the institutions he had applied to. Justinios' father lined him up with an entry level job in the Maintenance Department hoping that if he could work for a few years that his son could afford entry into one of the private universities.
