The first formal ground unit raised under the reorganized military of the [[Iron Throne]] was the 13th Starborne Division, a light armored division, specially designed to work in concert with the Navy of the Iron Throne. The 13th would give the Grand Master and Dark Council the ability to address the [[starwars:Yuuzhan Vong|Yuuzhan Vong]] threat, or any other, in ground-side combat and eventually retake [[Antei]] without depending on the Clans for soldiers.
