An ancient broadsword that is covered with flame. This flame lives of it's own energy and requires no other fuel to burn. After being investigated further, researchers think that its' power has been pulled from the Force sensitive owners of the sword. This is further backed up when more powerful Jedi hold the sword and the flame grows stronger and burns brighter for a short time. In very skilled and powerful hands the sword can be made to project this flame as bolts of energy making it a longer distance weapon than a normal sword. It is thought that this sword was one of the earliest version of a lightsaber and can also deflect a modern saber's strike, showing that it is made of cortoris ore, a point also clarified by the researcher's tests.
