Sith Warrior Mecros, previously known as Mecros 23, was a Khommite Dark Jedi of House Ludo Kressh. He was a native of the planet Khomm and the last member of a line of low level data processing clones. Though he was aware of his force sensitivity from an early age he chose to suppress it and was quite happily employed in his duties until 12 ABY when his planet was unexpectedly ravaged by the fleet of Colonel Cronus.
Warned by his latent force senses he escaped the destruction of his workplace and the death of his colleagues, including his predecessor Mecros 22. The previously passive and unassuming clone was filled by a tremendous rage and a rapid transformation. Embracing the force power he had previously avoided he struck out for revenge, taking a ship and setting out into the galaxy.
After a series of moderately successful attacks on Imperial Remnant installations and personnel, Mecros joined the Dark Brotherhood and Clan Naga Sadow and has quickly mastered the techniques and knowledge required for Equite status. He was a skilled and fearless fighter but had also been described as unsociable, irrational and obtrusive even by the standards of Dark Jedi and has a tendency to pick fights with his fellow members and military personnel over perceived insults to his honor. In an attempt to control him and educate him he was been placed under the supervision of Agrist aboard the RSD Final Way. It was hoped the former mercenary would make something of him.
He fought bravely on Antei along with Agrist and Malisane de Ath, and died during the recapture of the Hall of Immortals with a lightsaber in his back. Both Battlelords believed Mecros had fully redeemed himself for his earlier actions.
