Vladet Xavier is a member of the Krath Order of the Dark Brotherhood.
Character History
Vladet Xavier was born in Kor Vella, Corellia in 14 BBY. His family has strong ties with the Imperial Military, with the vast majority of his relatives having served in some branch of the military. Over the years Vlad has served as a pilot in the Imperial Navy, a Command Staff member of the Emperor's Hammer, a Bounty Hunter, and he has finally begun his training as a Dark Jedi.
Early Life
14 BBY to 4 ABY
Vladet was born into an upper middle class family in Kor Vella, Corellia. His father, Captain Benedict Xavier was a distinguished Imperial Naval Pilot who served with honor at the Battle of Hoth, flying a TIE Bomber. He destroyed two fleeing Rebel Medium Transports and was awarded the Imperial Distinguished Flying Cross. His mother, Lieutenant Natalie Xavier, was a dedicated nurse who served in the Imperial Army.
There was little doubt what Vladet would be doing in his life, having been trained in the Imperial Military way of life from as long as he could walk. Having access to military flight simulators from age six, he was quickly accepted to the Imperial Naval Academy on Prefsbelt IV when he turned eighteen years old.
Prefsbelt IV and Beyond
4 ABY to 7 ABY
Vladet found life at the Imperial Naval Academy facinating and exciting. He had been training on military flight simulators for many years but Vlad also found he had a passion for political debate as well. Most Cadets at the Prefsbelt IV Naval Academy only spent six months training to get Flight Certified and then were transferred to a squadron aboard a Star Destroyer. Vlad was given a full higher education ride due to his parents' status in the Imperial military. He majored in Imperial Politics and Law and four years later he earned his degree along with his pilot certificate. While this qualified him for officer status aboard a Star Destroyer, Vladet chose to join a Special Operations vessel in the Outer Rim. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and given command of a T-Wing Squadron aboard the Imperial Special Ops Nebulan B Frigate Fury.
The Fury's assignment was to patrol the Outer Rim territories, posing as a renegade pirate band. Vladimir and his fellow pilots flew pirate ships to infiltrate mercenary and pirate groups and then destroyed them from the inside. After four years of serving in the Outer Rim, the Fury was recalled to Endor to help defend the second Death Star from the Rebel assault. En route to Endor, the Frigate stumbled across a Rebel patrol fleet consisting of a Mon Calamari Cruiser and a quartet of Rebel Corellian Corvettes. The Fury was heavily damaged as it tried to flee from the Rebel ships and managed to make a hyperspace jump away from the Rebels. The Fury idled for two weeks while the crew tried repairing as much as they could, but before the repairs were completed, they were discovered. The four Corvettes were able to track the hyperspace jump vector and the end result was both sides being destroyed with three stranded T-Wings.

8 ABY to 11 ABY
After the death of his two friends, Vladet was contacted by an unknown source bearing high level Imperial access codes. He found his way to the re-organized Imperial military led by Grand Admiral Thrawn. Vlad met with Thrawn for an hour, telling the Chiss everything he had done since the Academy. Thrawn was impressed with Xavier, but was concerned about his "commitment problems." Nevertheless he gave Vladet command of a TIE Interceptor Squadron aboard the Interdictor Cruiser Stellar Web. He served under Thrawn for just over two years, being promoted to the Naval rank of Major. Things took a turn for the worst when Thrawn was assassinated by his bodyguard. With Pellaeon taking control of the retreating Imperial fleet, Vlad was disgusted and resigned his commission. Trying to find a stable Imperial way of life, he joined the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet based on Aurora Prime.
The Emperor's Hammer
11 ABY to 15 ABY
Even though he had to take a rank demotion from Major to Lieutenant, Vladet was reasonably happy with his conditions. He served in the Emperor's Hammer for over three years, even being promoted up to the prestigous rank of Fleet Admiral and serving as the fleet's Security Officer. While in a command position, he noticed things were not as good as he had assumed and stepped down after serving nine months as the Security Officer. Returning to the line ranks to re-discover the thrill of combat, Vlad was heavily dissapointed. The TIE Corps he had served for three years was crumbling and falling apart.
He recieved a holonet transmission from his old friend Khadgar, who was starting up an honorable Imperial organization on Archoron. With nothing to lose, Vladet helped setup the new Imperial Dominion, but his actions were seen as mutiny by EH High Command. He was expelled from the Emperor's Hammer service and forced to leave Emperor's Hammer space. Travelling to Archoron to begin yet another new chapter of his life, he discovered that a cadre of old friends and allies had also joined the cause. Unfortunetly the New Republic immediatly noticed this new Imperial remnant group and moved in quickly to thwart it. The Imperial Dominion was effectively destroyed.
Shadow Hunter
16 ABY to Present
Vladet barely escaped with his life from the New Republic invasion and made his way to the Lyarna System, home of the reformed Bounty Hunter's Guild. With nothing else to live by, he became a bounty hunter. It was an interesting change of events but he found it exciting at first.
A year passed and Vladimir found himself bored with hauling in pathetic creatures for credits. One day his mentor and old friend Khamier Sarin invited him to refine his dorment Force powers and become a Dark Jedi. With nothing else to lose, Vladimir began the next phase of his life.
