Before the Brotherhood
Childhood
Furios was born on Nar Shaddaa in the year 5 ABY. He knew that his parents were Epicanthix and Human, but nothing else. You could see the obvious Epicanthix traits in him, but the one Human trait that pulled through was Furios' blonde hair. Furios grew up as an orphan and street rat on Nar Shaddaa. He saw the many mercenaries, smugglers, pirates, etc. and began to long for space. Always trying to catch a ride on ships leaving the system, Furios was constantly getting pushed back onto the cold street by those that discovered him on thier ships. Not a single foiled attempt or night in juvenile halls dampened his drive for space. The young Epicanthix never got off the planet until he was 8 years old.
Reaching Space
It was the year 13 ABY that Furios finally managed to stow away on a light freighter. He was eventually discovered but rather than get thrown off the merchant ship at the nearest star port, the Mirialan owner decided to nurture Furios' interest in space by takeing the boy with him on his travels. Zian Visz had a daughter, Ana Visz, who was just a year older than Furios. Zian had been an ex-smuggler and taught a ot of his little tricks and techniques to Furios and Ana so that they would be better equipped to fend for themselves in the galaxy.
Death of Zian and Seperation From Ana
In 22 ABY, Zian Visz was killed. There was a small bounty on his head that was enough for a small time bounty hunter to take. His death left a 17 year old Furios and an 18 year old Ana more or less alone in the galaxy. The next four years were spent doing small time smuggling. Those years were spent on the edge of poverty, with just enough credits for ship fuel. The last of Furios and Anas runs together was a run of Gacerian Gems gone wrong which led to a small fortune of profit for the pair. It was during this run that Furios and Ana discovered thier hidden feelings for each other. Just after they recieved the money, Ana decided to seperate from Furios, leaving him on Coruscant with nothing but 25,000 credits, just enough to buy a ship.
Years Spent Alone
Furios used the money from the Gacerian Gem Run to buy himself a light freighter and began smuggling for himself. He did not do well as a smuggler and earned a few enemies along the way. Years passed. Half of them were spent doing small smuggling runs and the other half of the years were spent running from bounty hunters and rivals. It was a rough life and he could only do so much without Ana. It was during this time that Furios was given teh scar across his neck.
The Beginning of the Brotherhood
Furios was without Ana for seven years before joining the Brotherhood in 33 ABY. The Epicanthix began his last smuggling run heading to Manaan. Furios did not notice that he was being followed of Coruscant. He crash-landed on Kapsina while running from the bounty hunter. This time, they had managed to actually destroy his ship, stranding Furios on the planet below. This planet was Kapsina, in the Jusadih System. In an attempt to escape his pursuers, Furios enlisted in the planet's military force. Without initially understanding why, Furios was accapted and moved to a special group which later turned out to be House Plagueis on the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
