Mograine is a Protector of House Satal Keto of Clan Plagueis. While on a Imperial mission in the late Rise of the Empire Era, Mograine was frozen in carbonite for two decades, until released in 14 ABY. Due to carbonfreeze, Mograine hasn't aged and still got his younthful look, however for not being rescued during all the years have left him with grief and vengeance, which led to his fall to the Dark Side.
