Seals of Loyalty are only awarded twice a year, on the Anniversery of the Split (April 13) and on the Day of the Fox (Nov 6). They are awarded for allegiance and consistent service to the Brotherhood.
Awarded by: The Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master, or specifically appointed official.
