It was won by Indy House Ektrosis under Khyron, but the rewards weren't divvied out until after Clanning. April 17 - May 7, 1999 Awards didn't come out until July 18th (all info in old Holocrons. There's even info on individual participants in DV 20 as well as the end of GJW narrativ,e "Crystal Dreams".
