Zaroth Rakiroyo is a Jedi Hunter currently active in House Marka Ragnos of Clan Naga Sadow and an Apprentice to Dark Prophet Muz Keibatsu Sadow. He was the second House Champion and is now the Hand of Ragnos and Executive Officer of the Night Hawks. Born on Poltar in 6 ABY into the ruling family of the planet, Zaroth was tutored in the basic nature and uses of the Force by his father, Anzyr Rakiroyo. After a psychotic break on the part of his father, who had ordered his sons murdered, Zaroth sent Muruae away on his speeder bike and fled Poltar, killing his father in the process. He was later discovered by an agent of the Brotherhood and brought to the Shadow Academy. After completing basic training there, Zaroth was apprenticed to Grand Master Muz Ashen, and is currently still serving under Muz and working towards Knighthood.
Character History
Two Young Heirs
6 years after the Battle of Yavin, on a backwater planet known as Poltar, there was born the first son of Anzyr Rakiroyo. After years ruling over a huge Empire spanning almost half a planet, Anzyr finally had someone to teach and mentor. Anzyr spent all his time with his son, training him in the basic uses of the Force while ruling a failing kingdom and raising an heir to finally restore the Rakiroyo Empire to it's former glory. Anzyr's wife, Mei, was pregnant again within 2 years. They called the second son Muraue, and he would grow up in his brother's shadow.
Muraue's Bane
Within a few years of Muraue's birth, he was diagnosed as mildly autistic by a private off-world doctor. On Poltar, fathering a disabled child, no matter how mild or otherwise the condition, was considered dishonorable and was regarded as a curse placed on the family by the Force. Muraue would watch from afar as Zaroth was tutored in the ways of the Force by Anzyr, hoping that by showing his father he was not weak because of his condition, he would gain his father's love and acceptance. Anzyr had the doctor killed to ensure that no-one would hear of this dishonor, and treated Muraue as an infidel outside of the public eye. Of course, Mei believed this to be unacceptable behavior on the part of Anzyr, and their opposing viewpoints began to strain their marriage to the point of physical conflict.

Katana
This katana, given to Zaroth by his Master, Muz Keibatsu Sadow, is one of Zaroth's most prized possessions. It was given to Zaroth seconds after he was first Apprenticed to the Deputy Grand Master, and has come to symbolise Zaroth's idolisation of his Master and is kept in impeccable condition by it's owner. The condition of the weapon shows Zaroth's total dedication and the clean blade symbolises his clean consience.
