A Flight Leader is a leadership role specific to a Sith Squadron.

Unlike Battleteams of other Orders, the Sith Squadron employs two sub-leaders as assistants to the Commander. These positions are often filled with the best and brightest pilots in the squadron.

Flight Leaders assist the Commander with the daily administration of the squadron, projects, and recruitment among other duties. Status as a Flight Leader usually leads to other leadership opportunities, such as Commander, and beyond.
