You must declare them as copyrighted and that your intent is to use them to enhance your article for a non-profit endeavor. As such I've created a simple Fairuse template to use on uploaded images.
Anytime you upload an image that is copyrighted, meaning any image you haven't created or had created for you, such as something you lifted from another website, you must include the fairuse tag on the page for the image.
