Houses are a subdivision of clans and are where most of the active membership of the Brotherhood are assigned. A house is led by a Quaestor and an Aedile, these two positions together are referred to as the house summit. Some houses also have a Rollmaster, though some clans assign this position to one individual for all houses within the clan, and others do not use the position.
Formerly, a house was aligned to a single order, for instance, House Oriens Obscurum of Arcona was a Sith House, while Ektrosis of Taldryan was a Krath House.
Houses are divided into Battleteams, which are used differently by different houses of the Brotherhood.
