Synergy Technologies Inc.

The Synergy Inc. is a company created in 29 ABY by Tyren Atema, president and Executive Chairman of the Board, with his associate Vorion, the Vice-President and Chairman.

The company operates on the Rimma Trade Route, Hydian Way, and a little on the Corellian Trade Spine. Systems Sullust, Sluis Van, and Naboo all put their trust in the Synergy inc. for their construction.

The Company is lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman of the Board, and the Chairmen of the Board, who are mostly non-Force sensitive businessmen who have no clue as to the identities of the founder and his associate.

Synergy inc.

The Company was formed in 29 ABY on the rigid planet Khalim in the mid Rim near the Hydian way and the Sullust system.

The building infrastructure had been under construction by a small pirate fleet that had made its base on the planet. Tyren, accompanied by a small squad of mercenaries, infiltrated the compound and ruined the pirates' operation, taking what they had built. Tyren acquired the mercenaries as his constant military force through manipulation, leaving them on his payroll. Using the mercenaries he enslaved the local tribes of natives to create his work force and bought 400 slaves from the Hutt Empire, making a total of 2800 workers to dig the mines around the compound.

Through various assassinations, bounties, thievery, and manipulation of the crashing system, Tyren and Vorion acquired enough money to rebuild the damaged compound and buy machines for the operation: various digging machines and refining equipment, and the overall administrative operating systems.

They employed 1600 workers for construction and engineers and around 1000 military personnel.

The company currently has no ships except for transports and a few star fighters for escort, although the Chairmen of the board expect a steady rise of activity and profit in the months to come.

Tyren and Vorion created a private "empire", but their ultimate goal is known only to them.

Employing around 1300 personnel, the Construction branch of Synergy inc. conducts its business with governments of various planets and systems.

Engineering

Employing around 300 personnel, the Engineering branch of Synergy inc. works in conjunction with the Construction branch; developing blueprints, construction plans and strategies for construction of infrastructure.

• Regulating Construction personnel for construction
• Developing strategies in the interests of the company

Mining

Employing around 2800 personnel, the Mining branch of Synergy inc. is the main body for mining and refining material for construction.

• Shipping refined material to the Transport branch

Transport

Lead by the Chairman of Transport.

Employing around 100 personnel, the Transport branch of Synergy inc. is the main body for transport of refined material to buyers or construction sites.

• Receiving material from the Mining branch
• Transporting refined material to construction sites/buyers
• Repairing equipment

Military

Lead by the Chief Executive Officer .

Employing around 1000 personnel, the Military branch of Synergy inc. regulates security and efficiency of work within the company.

The Board of Chairmen is the leading body of the company responsible for its various branches, answerable to the Chief Executive Officer.
