There he had served with some distinction as a Lieutenant Commander until falling out of favor with the Hammer’s High Command. Ostracized from his identity as a naval officer, Malin was highly receptive when Grand Master Sarin offered him a position within the emerging naval forces of the Dark Brotherhood.
Captain Malin proved his worth during the Yuuzhan Vong Incursion while in command of the Dark Brotherhood’s former flagship, Autarch.
