The way I read it it's not a custom species, but a colony of humans. Do birthplaces and fictional societies have to be approved now too?--Impetus Korin

It's borderline for sure, but still appears to me as a society of humans that speak another language. Like Koreans to Americans, for a random example :P Just wanted to say my opinion on that --Aabs 14:17, 24 September 2007 (MDT)
