Character History

Early Childhood

Ulfsark was born in 2 BBY at the Maw Installation, while his parents were assigned to help in its construction. Since little kid, Ulfsark demonstrated great intelligence and a hunger for knowledge. He learned math, robotics, astronomy, engineering, biology, and chemistry under his dad's teachings. He also spent some time in the medical station with his mom.

When the Maw was discovered and destroyed by the new republic in 11 ABY, Ulfsark's family returned to their homeworld: Corulag. He met the rest of my family and spent four joyful years. During his time in Corulag, he started practicing martial arts with his distant cousins, who worked in the Coreguard Security Services.

School years

At the age of 17, Ulfsark joined the University of Byblos. Haven’t decided yet what to do with his life, Ulfsark took several courses on various subjects. He excelled in the medical field; when performing his evaluations, some patients recovered miraculously quickly from poisoning and external wounds, not noticing this was thanks to his connection to the force. During his university's permanence, he continued with martial arts training and participated in some competitions but not winning any. There he learned about a small Shadow Step academy finding that art more suitable to his physique.

Adulthood

After graduating from Byblos around 23 ABY, his Shadow Step master recommended him to join the Galactic Outdoor Survival School to improve other aspects of the martial art he could not train in Byblos. There, he gained the nickname “Ulfsark.” Graduating on 24 ABY, many of the instructors were surprised a skinny scholar guy could make it. Ulfsark traveled back to his family's homeworld to find out that they perished. In an explosion of anger, while perceiving images of his parents being slaughtered, Ulfsark was able to push away some boxes and debris from his destroyed house. Upon discovering his force sensitivity, Ulfsark started his research about his new powers. With inherited money, he bought a YT2400, painted it black, and named it Carancho.

Joining the Brotherhood

In year 25 ABY, Ulfsark's research took him towards the Antei system; after being escorted by security forces and interrogated about his intentions, he was sent to the Shadow Academy on Lyspair to start his training as Initiate. After finishing his studies at the academy, Ulfsark was sent to Clan Naga Sadow to continue his path towards the dark side of the force. Ulfsark resonated with Obelisk's teachings. As a Protector, he was missing in action during the Invasion of New Tython. His survival, medicine, and force skills helped him while he was on his own. During that time, he befriended a Tooka.

Climbing up ranks

In 30 ABY, Ulfsark was rescued by Zagro Fenn and joined House Scholae Palatinae. After two years of honing his force powers, learning all he could from the Krath Priest, Ulfsark was elevated to Dark Jedi Knight in 32 ABY.

After being knighted, Ulfsark took Sim Vel'Potens as an apprentice and guided him to knighthood in 33 ABY. Soon after, he took a second apprentice who died during a space skirmish. That event made Ulfsark rethink his views of the force taking the Gray Jedi path.

Character Description

Ulfsark has white skin, green eyes, short brown hair, shaved facial hair a sharp nose. His complexion is average for humans.

Equipment

Lightsaber

During the training with his master Zagro Fenn, Ulfsark constructed his lightsaber. Inspired by his Obelisk tradition, he chose a red lightsaber with a blue-colored steel hilt. He started learning Djem So under the guidance of his master. Following Priest Fenn's death at the hands of a bounty hunter, he decided Djem So was not a suitable form to avoid damage, so he began his training in Soresu.

Blaster

Ulfsark uses his Blastech DL-18 acquired in the black market when he realized knives vibroblades wouldn’t be useful in battlefield operations. With the campaigns of Scholae Palatinae, he had many opportunities to improve his abilities with his trusty DL-18.

Vibroknives

Ulfsark started training with bladed weapons as a teenager with his Shadow Step instructor. The young Ulfsark learned a myriad of unorthodox techniques, so knives became his second nature. As his medical knowledge improved, also did his ability to create poisons and hit enemies’ weak points.
