Time to pay up!

Upcoming changes to the Dark Brotherhood will require that this armor be purchased by its owner.
After these changes are complete, you will be given the option of purchasing this armor for official Brotherhood use. Note that this tag is simply to make it easier for the Grand Master to ease the implementation of the upcoming possession system.
