| As galactic war raged across the galaxy the intense, the bad tempered Dashade named Ravian Pulastra found a military career, joining the New Republics forces, rising to the rank of First Sergeant very quickly. He almost always taught his troops to live by a personal motto of his, 'Think Not, Fight Hot'; making those under his command fight hard and unmercifully. His Company ripped through the remnant of the Imperial military, vanquishing those whom had oppressed him and his entire species because of their xenophobic views for the last two decades.
| | The Dashade named Ravian Pulastra found his place in the universe as First Sergeant in the New Republic Army. His strength, his aggression, his temper – all found a place unleashed dispatching the enemies of the New Republic, system by system, planet by planet. He had risen through the ranks quickly and found his calling. He had instilled those in his charge with his personal motto, “Think Not – Fight Hot.” His company ripped through the remnants of the Galactic Empire, bringing death to those who had oppressed his species. |
| |
| Then one day, the Republic disbanded their military from the wartime effort, thus stripping Ravian of his goal: to remove all traces of the Imperial scum from the galaxy. He was unsatisfied and disgusted with the Republic's new politics. He left the infantry immediately, his men following him in similar fashion to continue the fight. Soon, however, he found that without a constant flow of funding he could not wage his personal war - soon Pulastra's Company found themselves as bounty hunters.
| |
| |
| Eventually the Dashade traced an Imperial faction tied to the Emperor's Hammer in the Acarr System. Because he refused to pay high prices for elite information he had no idea the foe he now chased was no longer affiliated with the Imperial based group, nor that they were Dark Jedi. Upon attaining this information he was forced to strike an uneasy alliance with a known Imperial named Kraul.
| | In the course of eradicating the Imperial Remnant the New Republic deemed their forces had achieved success. Ravian’s company, and many like them, were disbanded, at once stripping him of his place in the universe and his goal – to remove all traces of the Galactic Empire from the galaxy. The Dashade was disgusted with this turn of events and continued, along with his loyal soldiers, to combat the Imperial Remnant wherever he could find it. Neither he nor his men had the funds to continue to wage their private war and the company turned to bounty hunting and mercenary work. |
| |
| When they reached the Acarr System, however, they found that a battle was already in progress and toward conclusion. Just as the two opposing forces jumped to hyperspace, Kraul's sensors picked up some important information. The star of the system was going supernova. They needed a place to hide, or else be completely obliterated when the sun imploded. The fastest thing they found was the place where one side of the attacking forces had hyperspaced to. Hoping it would put them near their target, as well as surprise them, they quickly followed the trail.
| | In the course of their efforts, the Dashade traced an Imperial faction tied to the Emperor’s Hammer in the [[Acarr System]]. Because the company had limited funds and had purchased faulty information, Pulastra’s company found itself facing a major confrontation with Dark Jedi. Again because of a lack of resources, Ravian Pulastra was forced to ally himself with an ex-Imperial, [[Jonah Kraul]], in anticipation of the battle with Dark Jedi. |
| |
| It turned out that it placed them in the hands of a pirate group called the Crimson Tide. Here, they learned that their targets were Dark Jedi. Jonah Kraul formed an alliance with the pirate leader for reasons of his own. When Ravian refused the offer, Kraul exiled him from his ship. Very reluctantly, he turned to the pirate leader, who offered him a place as commander of the Tide‘s land forces. He took the offer, but secretly knew that he was only using it as a way to get to the Dark Jedi that had just ruined his career.
| | Upon arrival at the Acarr System, Pulastra and Kraul found a battle already underway. The battle was interrupted by an anomaly in the form of the imminent destruction of the system’s star. Taking immediate action, Pulastra and Kraul chose the same coordinates of one side of the battle. That trail led them to the [[Crimson Tide]], one of the sides fleeing the supernova. Upon learning that the Crimson Tide was facing Dark Jedi, Jonah Kraul, in part out of a desire to test his forces and in part a hatred for Jedi, whether Dark or Light, allied himself with them. |

| The Dashade joined the pirate group, and together they started forming plans to attack the Dark Jedi of Clan Plagueis. He found himself entangled in a web he'd never wanted to get caught in, yet discovered he was unable to escape without first facing the spider.
| | Pulastra objected to the alliance. Unrelenting, Kraul declined further transportation to Pulastra and his men. Left with no choice, Pulastra approached the Crimson Tide and, out of necessity, offered his services to [[Calliban Crimson]]. Crimson accepted and has made Pulastra and his forces an integral part of the planned aggression against [[Clan Plagueis]]. |
