Dark Prophet is the fifteenth rank in the Dark Brotherhood. It is the highest attainable rank of the Elder class.

It follows Dark Jedi Master.

Trivia

• The only person who outranks a Dark Prophet is a Grand Master.
• Dark Prophet used to be an honorary rank only given to those who retired from the position of Grand Master.
• Dark Prophet used to be called Dark Jedi Primarch and was restricted so only four people could hold the rank at any one time. It was later known as Dark Jedi Primarch/Dark Prophet before finally becoming Dark Prophet.
