Elder 3 (Prophet/Legend/Grand General) or commonly known as EL3, is the fifteenth rank in the Dark Brotherhood, which is awarded after demonstrating above and beyond performance in the second Elder rank . It is the final rank in the Elder class and the last step down the path to Grand Master.
Promotion requirements
A promotion to Elder 3 can only be authorized by the Grandmaster himself.
It is also the final promotion attainable by members of the Dark Brotherhood, aside from being promoted to the physical post of Grand Master.
Order ranks
History
- The only person who outranks a Dark Prophet is a Grand Master.
- Dark Prophet used to be an honorary rank only given to those who retired from the position of Grand Master.
- Dark Prophet used to be called Dark Jedi Primarch and was restricted so only four people could hold the rank at any one time. It was later known as Dark Jedi Primarch/Dark Prophet before finally becoming Dark Prophet.
