Those below this rank are not permitted to train with them, nor display them on their [[dossier]]. however, one must train in either [[Jar'Kai Niman]], [[Shien]] or [[Sokan]] to effectively use them. Those wishing to use custom dual [[lightsabers]] must first acquire the rank of [[Equite 4]].
