Bombard Squadron is one of five squadrons operating from the Eye of the Abyss II, a squad capable of carrying out nearly any general operation or mission for Clan Arcona, although it often serves as a bomber escort. Due to losses suffered during Horizons, the squadron was inactive between 36 ABY and 38 ABY, due to a lack of fighters available.

Mission

Bombard Squadron is one of the five squadrons assigned to the Eye of the Abyss II, the flagship of the Arcona First Fleet, and their primary role in the Fleet is to be the heavy hitters, carrying out attacks on a variety of targets, bombing space outposts and capital ships alike. Each starfighter is armed to carry out those bombing missions and raids flawlessly, and its pilot trained for that purpose.

Equipment

Bombard Squadron pilots use B-51 B-wing bombers with the logo of Arcona on both sides.

Commander Guilford has high hopes for the future of the team.
