A criminal organization founded and lead by Rodrigue Tyris that has operated in different locations around the Galaxy for years and has been quietly profitable.
Organization
The Empty Eyes have rarely settled on a single base of operations, and are always seemingly on the move. While their name has never reached the top ranks of notoriety on par with the Black Suns or Kanjiklub, but this seems to have always been the intent or goal of organization.
The core operating technique of The Empty Eyes is manipulation and coercion. Rodrigues talent for Illusion and Mind Trick, combined with a life of social engineering, exploitation, and running cons, have lead to any attempts at taking down The Empty Eyes to end up as futile. Prosecutors have simply dropped charges against anyone associated or working with Rodrigue, which can earn loyalty and trust among recruits. And if anyone tries to turn Rodrigue in, they find themselves often left in a cell themselves without any recollection of how they got there.
By flying just under the radar of galactic notoriety, they are able to continue to operate and move from sector to sector collecting debt, dismantling other criminal organizations, and profiting off of others to live a life free of chains.
While Rodrigue has gone through countless members under his guide, one has stayed with him through it all. Otherwise, he mostly works and utilizes droids for his crews, capitalizing on his ability to control them with Techweaving, to repair and ultimately repurpose or repair them.
He also has two custom-programmed Droids that are the only two that he does not ever control with his Techweaving abilities.
History
Rodrigue Tyris's last act as leader was to engineer an attack on Clan Arcona, to get back at his estranged sons and find a true successor to his criminal endeavors and empire. He ultimately failed, and was captured and placed into maximum security prison.

After the operation in the Dajorra System went south, and Rodrigue was captured, the gang was forced to regroup and rally around their new leader Sylvian.
They have since updated their logo to be more readily branded with a few simple gestures.
