Led by Captain Krandon Lucian Firebringer, member of the Jedi Order and skilled military pilot, Nobilis Squadron is a star fighter squadron composed of A-wings. With its primary command being the Tythonian Space Militia Sancuary Garrison, Nobilis Squadron can also be called upon by the Jedi Council to serve where and when needed.

Formation

Named after the pair of tuk'ata amed by Jedi Beast Master Kanzhei Opli three centuries before the rise of the Galactic Empire, Nobilis Squadron stands strong in their allegiance to House Odan-Urr. As a branch of the Tythonian Space Militia, Nobilis Squadron. among other duties, can be called up at any time to repel boarders of the Tythonian Fleet or sent on reconnaissance missions for the Jedi Council. Nobilis Squadron has been placed in the hands of Krandon Lucian Firebringer, Militia Captain, and, second-in-command, Commander Artaeus Laine. It is composed of three flights, Kanzhei Flight, Opli Flight, and Vaklin Flight, twelve RZ-1 A-Wing Interceptor, twelve pilots and five support personnel. Just like how the blue eyes of Master Opli's tuk'ata, Nobilis Squadron strives to be set apart, to be more than just another squadron of the Tythonian Space Militia. They do this through their unmatched sense of loyalty and duty to the Jedi Council and to the people of New Tython.

Organization

Nobilis Squadron is broken up into three operational flights and a maintenance flight.

Kanzhei Flight

Biography: Recanting his old ways to follow the way of the light, he has been tasked with leading Nobilis Squadron in service to the Jedi Council.

Lieutenant Commander Brishkah

Species: Trandoshan male
Callsign: "Kraken"
Secondary Role: Communications & Slicing
Biography: Handpicked for the squadron by Krandon, Brishkah has become well known for his slicing skills though out the outer rim territories of the galaxy. Brishkah is also the only member of Khenzhei Flight who went through any type of formal flight schooling.

Lieutenant Alema Tess

Secondary Role: Navigation
Biography: Alema was originally a smuggler from her home planet of Ryloth. Because of this, there is no place that Alema can't pilot her ship through.

Lieutenant Rennek Makesa

Species: Human male
Callsign: "Doc"
Secondary Role: Flight medic
Biography: Rennek Makesa is a native of the planet Corellia. Once top of this class at the Corellian Security Force Academy, he dropped out to attend to the health of his mother. Because of the love for his mother, he attended The New Republic Medical Institute where he earned a degree in Biochemistry. He learned his flying and a number of his medical skills through having to find rare herbs, and create medicines, to treat his mother's health.

Biography:Commander Laine was appointed as XO of Nobilis Squadron at the same time as Krandon was made its Captain; when the squadron came into being.

Lieutenant Aari Varne

Callsign: "Proctor"
Biography: A colonist from Menat Ombo, she works as a general practice lawyer from her solo practice.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Baniss Anor

Species: Duros Male
Callsign: "Tug"
Biography: A tug captain, Baniss specializes in offloading cargo containers from capital ships in New Tython's orbit.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Kaldonna Narweld

Biography: Kallie teaches as a freelance flight instructor on Milil’ea.

Vaklin Flight

Lieutenant Commander Aurra Lansu

Biography: Defecting as an Imperial Naval Academy tactics instructor, Aurra Lansu was recruited by Krandon while she was serving as a flight instructor for the Royal Security Force on Naboo.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Rayfe Meln

Callsign: "Wizard"
Biography: Having dropped out of university, majoring in advanced avionics, Lieutenant JG Meln was promised that his degree would be paid for if he gave one year of service now, went to back to school, then 5 more years of service after he completed hi advanced avionics degree.

Ensign Kerlos Inek

Biography: Ensign Inek served as a maintenance man before choosing to learn to fly and, eventually, be placed in the squadron.

Ensign Tera Miu

Callsign: "Kitty"
Biography: A colonist from the planet Cathar Ensign Miu owns a diner who she has left in the hands of her husband while she does her service in the Tythonian Space Militia.

Maintenance Flight

Lieutenant Commander Calissta Turon

Species: Twi'lek Female
Command: Maintenance Flight
Role: Maintenance Officer/Squadron Logistics
Biography: Hailing from her planet, Ryloth, Lieutenant Commander Turon gained her reputation through helping the less fortunate, coordinating planet wide distributions of water and food as well as off planet deliveries of supplies. Her father also owned a speeder and aviation garage where she honed her maintenance skills.

Senior Chief Petty Officer Krug

Species: Neimoidian Male
Role: Aviation Maintenance
Biography: Only learning his maintenance skills since joining the squadron, Senior Chief Krug is a decorated ground trooper who is a veteran of the Tythonian Space Militia.

Petty Officer First Class Jaryn Gyll

Species: Human Male
Role: Aviation Maintenance
Biography: Another new person to Nobilis Squadron, Petty Officer Gyll was recommended by Commander Taggart to join the maintenance flight in order to eventually become a pilot.

Ordnanceman Arthalinea Brishen

Species: HMiralukan Female
Role: Aviation Ordnance
Biography: A Harakoan technician, Arthalinea runs an engineering and repair shop on the Sangha spaceport on Milil’ea.

Yeoman Boz Thek

Species: Miralukan Male
Role: Squadron Clerk
Biography: Yeoman Boz Thek joins Nobilis Squadron by the request of Captain Firebringer. Both his parents were killed during the last Great Jedi War, Krandon took Thek under his wing and personally wants to see him succeed.
