Description
Celestina is a woman her very much flaunts her sexuality. Tight and revealing clothing is the order of the day and helps her significantly with her job. Her makeup is immaculate, and she takes care that she is never seen in public in anything but her very best. She wears a constant, flirtatious smile, and is quick with a laugh or a compliment.
She is darkly humorous, flirtatious, and openly sexual with most people she meets. She’s not above flirting at the bar or winding her way through the crowd, dropping a whisper in every ear. This outwardly warm and friendly behavior hides a woman who is cruelly possessive, and manipulative in every way. She uses her feminine charm to get what she wants and keep on top of Selen’s criminal underworld, selling whatever information she can squeeze out of her club's patrons.
