Valorian is a Dark Jedi Knight within the House Marka Ragnos, of Clan Naga Sadow.

Character History

Origin

Valorian's early life was shaped by the industrial warrens of Coruscant's undercity. An affinity for exploration and path-finding dominated his copious spare time as a young street urchin, and even as a pre-teen was employed as a guide by those wishing to travel efficiently and discreetly within Coruscant's enormous subsurface industrial hive, The Works.

It was one such client that led to the young man's introduction to the Dark Brotherhood, and indeed his own Force-sensitive nature. A hooded stranger procured Valorian's services as a guide and courier, and while escorting his client, they were both nearly killed in a mammoth structural collapse of a nearby building. Only the stranger's preternatural response, and Valorian's discovery of his own strength in the Force, saved them from being crushed. The hooded man later revealed himself as a Dark Jedi en route to a secret duel on Coruscant, and offered Valorian a place in the Brotherhood on his return.

Characteristics

Both of Valorian's legs are partial cybernetic replacements, due to a terrible fall during one of his urban expeditions; they augment his already considerable athletic prowess in running, climbing, and jumping, all finely honed during his years in the undercity.

Valorian's weapon of choice, and a useful yet dangerous tool in the industrial hives, is the flexible chain whip.
