Calenhad, dossier 15134

Calenhad is a 20 year old Sith in training. He was raised by his parents on the Iktochi home world or Iktoch, known for its desolate landscape and frequent sandstorms. Calenhad loved his parents dearly, who encouraged him to enjoy using the force in telepathic conversation. The family expanded when Calenhad reached 10 years of age and his younger brother Mordred was born. Calenhad adored his younger brother and life seemed perfect for the family, but nothing lasts forever.

A week after the birth of Mordred a female Nautolan Jedi came to Iktoch in search of the ancient Jedi temple. Instead she found the powerful force presence of young Mordred. An ominous darkness seemed to hang over the family as Calenhad dreamt of a harsh blue light followed by images of his family laying upon the ground. These visions scared Calenhad who believed them to merely be nightmares. The dreams would soon become reality as the Nautolan Jedi approached the homestead. The Jedi pleaded with Calenhad’s mother to allow her son to be trained by the Order. The Jedi soon grew tired of the mother’s complaints and used the Force to compel her to give up her child. Calenhad’s mother resisted as much as she could, until her mind shattered under the mental force. Calenhad’s father ran out of the house blaster in hand, just in time to witness his wife suffer. He immediately fired upon the Jedi who deflected the shot back into his chest. He looked up at the Jedi only to see a blue blur as his head flew from his shoulders. Calenhad had been hidden under the table inside the house as the tragedy unfolded. He watched with tears in his eyes as the Jedi picked up his brother and walked away. Calenhad shuffled outside, his small form wracked with tremors. He kneeled in front of his father’s corpse and sobbed deeply. His eyes glanced up to see his mother muttering brokenly as her hands tore gashes in her skin. “Let me die, let me die, let me die” she muttered as she rocked back and forth. Calenhad aimed the blaster towards his mother and pulled the trigger. The blast was followed by an agonizing scream and sobs which lasted all night.
Calenhad has seen the worst the Jedi have to offer. For thousands of years they served as the self proclaimed protectors of the Republic, casting judgments from up high upon their ivory towers. In the end, the Jedi are prone to injustice just as everyone else is. Calenhad has vowed to find his long lost brother and avenge the deaths of his family. In the meantime, he refuses to allow the Jedi to take advantage of anymore innocent people, even if he must become a monster in the process.
