The Consuls are part of the DC? I thought they were just upper summits - the level below the DC. (with QUA being lower summits) Kaine Mandaala

- The Consuls were added to the Dark Council shortly before the GJW. PCONs are Dark Summit. CONs are Dark Council same as the regular Councilors.--Xanos 07:20, 4 December 2006 (Mountain Standard Time)

I just took this info from the Consul Handbook off of the main website. I didn't even know that it said they were part of the Dark Council.
