Stres'tron'garmis

A Chiss recruited from the Eldar Rangers for the Fade Initiative, Stres'tron'garmis, or Strong, has been assigned to Kordath Bleu

Character History

Born to noble house Garmis, Stres’tron’garmis, or ‘Strong’ to his friends, was a third son of the family. As this meant little to no opportunity for inheritance he instead found himself educated in the arts of war and survival. Finding little challenge to be found in conventional military service within Chiss space, he struck out into the Outer Rim in search of challenges that befit a man of his impressive stature.

As time went on, Strong found himself in the service of planetary Governors, local merchant lords and on a few, confusing occasions, crime bosses. Up until he realized that they weren’t the upstanding businessmen they’d claim to be when he agreed to employment, in which case a string of broken headed crime lords can be followed all the way around the Rim to the Dajorra system.

Here he fell in with the Wilderness Rangers of Eldar, where his talents brought him quickly to the forefront of selection for the Fade Initiative. It’s unclear how Kordath was paired off with the massive Chiss, but its become Strong’s ambition to both protect his charge and to better the wayward Ryn.

We’ll see how that goes.

Physical Description

Strong showing off

Stres’tron’garmis is a big, big Chiss. Clocking at just over 145 kg and 2.2 meters of muscle, the square jawed Chiss is a physical specimen to be both feared and admired.

Almost completely bald, Strong insists on shaving his head except for a forelock, claiming it to be a symbol of his house. He also claims the glorious mustache he sports is a tradition passed down by his forefathers for generations.

He generally dresses down, preferring to show off the glorious muscles he's chisled out through hard work and exercise. He of course possesses conventional clothing should the weather be poor, and well as a standard set of Ranger armor. Kordath has gone so far as to commission a set of clothing and gear to assist the man in being less noticeable in the field when he can't ditch the big Chiss for a stealth mission. Combined with the man's penchant for declaring his intentions, loudly, this has proved to be laughable to say the least.

Personality

Kordath and Atyiru meet Strong

Strong is a man of great gusto and surprising virtue for a man whose lead the life of a mercenary. A gentleman with a code of honor, who would protect those weaker than him and demand that those of similar strength respect others.

He speaks with a grand, booming voice, though Kordath has begun to teach him to whisper when the situation calls for it. He understands such vices as gambling and drinking, but does not approve of anything close to lechery or theft, leading to some annoyingly tense times for Kordath.

He has been known to carry the Ryn by his scruff to return items that Bleu somehow miraculously ‘found’ while out and about. This has gone so far as the booming man to coax muttered apologies out of the Arconan, making some wonder who's in charge of who.
