Of more or less average height and build, Malidir has a face and physique that more than a few human and non-human females have been known to find rather attractive. This general allure that he has held with the opposite sex often promotes dislike by males. Malidir has black hair, a well-groomed beard and hazel-green eyes.

By the time that he was about 19 standard years old, Malidir grew a bit tired of his current living situation. He already knew most of what he was taught in his various classes, and things were going from bad to worse in his affairs with various girls living in lower parts of Coruscant. After being jumped by street toughs more than once, and being throughly trounced each time, he decided that it was high time to leave home and try to hone his nascent affinity towards the Force. The dark side seemed like just the answer he was looking for. He worked as a Thief, bounty hunter, and pilot.
