| The Kogarasu's had much more adrenaline then the average person. This would release when the individual was excited or angry, Then this wild blood lust would come out and with the extra boost of adrenaline, the individual would seem to take on super human qualities. Boost of strength, Force capability's and could take a more rough of a beating that would shatter a normal humans body.

History
Early Childhood

Kuro Kogarasu was born on Coruscant in the year 7 ABY. His family consisted of a brother, Tatsu, his father, Tal’Daren, and his mother, Alicia. On Coruscant the Kogarasu family was considered high class as well as Feared. This status had come from years as Mandalorian Mercenaries, and their "genetic defect".
Effectively bred into the line was a berserker battle trance; brought on by a particularly strong burst of adrenaline, this battle trance takes over their mind, turning them into a feral creature knowing nothing but blood and rage. Though they lose control of their body for a short time, they effectively lose all fear and desire for defense. While this may leave the Kogarasu vulnerable, it also makes the user terrifying to behold, and more than willing to do incredibly stupid things for the sole purpose of hurting their target. From running through fire to jumping out of a window to rip out a target's throat before hitting the ground, everything is considered fair game to the feral Kogarasu.
Tragedy
After working for the same company for many years, and never asking questions on how the Kogarasus got their jobs done, The Commander and Chief of Security found out about the sick and twisted brutality the Kogarasus used and instantly feared for his safety. Knowing that, for the planet's safty, he could not leave anyone of the Kogarasu blood line alive, he ordered their execution. One night, after Tal`Daren and Alicia had left, he gathered a group of soldiers to storm the Kogarasus apartment. With the orders to leave no survivors, the soldiers stormed the building and planted explosives. The Kogarasus had a heightened sense of awareness and knew someone was coming so they hid young Kuro and Tatsu in a false floor that had a tunnel to an out side ally.
Explosions could be heard from outside the tunnel. The vibrations from the explosions made the tunnel collapse separating Kuro from his brother. Kuro assumed Tatsu was crushed from the falling rubble, and ,as a young boy, he was devastated by the entire event. However, he knew he had to get out before the same happened to him. Once outside he could see that where his portion of building where his parents were was gone, with small explosions going on throughout the building as if they were trying to level it.
That day would stick with Kuro for the rest of his life. Once he learnt about his Berserker ability's, he would use that memory as fuel for the fire.
A New Beginning
Coping With the loss
With the death of his parents and assumed loss of his brother, Kuro never was able to cope with the loss. He became depressed and full of anger. He knew more about his fathers’ business then he let on and wanted to assume his role. Not only to honor his father, but in hopes to get strong enough to one day return and bring his own type of justice to the corporation that killed his family. With no home, Kuro started to live on the streets. Life was hard, he had nothing but pain and hate in his heart. One night when he got caught shop lifting food from a street vendor, the owner was smacking him around and calling him names. Kuro got angry and shouted at the old man and in that moment Koga let off a burst of energy that toppled the vendor carts and other objects in the area, this show of force shocked and frighten the vendor and allowed Kuro to escape. Kuro wanted to strengthen his new powers; he knew this was that power he needed.
Quest of power

Kuro, continued to have nightmares about that night. On the one-year anniversary of his parents’ death, Kuro went back to the complex to pay his respects. Kuro, still just a kid, no more then 12, seemed to have a completely new spirit in him ever since he found about about his ability to wild the force. As Kuro arrived at the complex, He was shocked to see that the building was still in ruins, with a big plaque on one of the standing wall that read: "This is a reminder to all Rouge Scum. Stand against us, you will fall.. -- Col. Brent Terrion. Commander Coruscant Special Force" Koga’s anger rose to new heights. He did not forget why he was there though. He explored the ruins of what once was his parents’ bedroom. With Kuros new power, he sensed that something was under some of the rubble. Apone digging through the bricks and floorboards; he came across a steel trunk. Taking a rock, he bashed open the lock and found inside was Tal’Darens Mandolorian Armor, his dual blasters and belt, and to his surprise, a Lightsaber. It was red, a spike on the bottom end of the hilt, and a triangular design on the front. Koga currently uses the recovered gear.
Life as a Trooper

Kuro was in his teens when he joined a Stormtrooper Legion. He was there for about 8 years but only a few months as a slandered shock trooper when his ability to use the force caught the attention of the Perfect of the legion. Kuro was approached to join the Perfects Royal Guard, an elite Guard and fighting unit designed to protect the Perfect. Just like before, It wasn't long till Kuro was once again promoted. He became the Agent In Charge, of the Perfects Royal Guard. During his Time in the legion, Kuro had shown his great strength and knowledge of fighting and leading. No doubt, it was taught to him from his father. Kuro Climbed the Leadership ladder all the way up to Executive Officer, second in command of the Legion.
Life as a Jedi

Kuro liked being in the front line on any fight. In his 20s, Koga wanted to explore a new power. A power he always had but rarely used: The Force. Even since he found out he was able to use the force, he never really used it. As a Stormtrooper he used more of his marksmanship and fighting abilities. Kuro wanted to join The Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Kuro’s first house was House Exar Kun of Clan Plagueis. With the thought of assassins following him, he changed his name to Koga Kage. Koga was short for Kogarasu, his family's name, and Kage was the name of his fathers’ shuttle. Within the Brotherhood Koga was learning all he could about the force, and with his training from his father in martial arts and other fighting skills as well as the training he received from the stormtrooper legion and royal guard, Koga was becoming a powerful young Dark Jedi. With all his hate and anger, Koga jumped at every mission that was available. Koga never left survivors, which did get him into trouble a few times when the summit needed suspects for questions.
A Little Closure
Koga always knew his brother Tatsu survived the attack on that dreadful night, but never know what happend to him. Once Koga moved up in rank and position within the Brotherhood, he acquired a few assets that he used to help track down Tatsu. After sending out many scouts and several years later, Info of his brothers whereabouts were found.
Koga traveled to Corellia, to a small farming plantation. Kage did not want to alert Tatsu of his presence, so he stayed up in the hills. Kage stayed up there for a few hours, just watching, till he saw him. Tatsu changed his name to Habib Ali, He had a wife. Seeing that his brother was alive and well gave Koga a little closure to that portion of his life.
Somethings Change

Many years past, Koga just finished some training and was heading back to his office, he was Rollmaster of the house at the time, when he saw Kaira Rohana. Something about her just caught his eye a strange feeling came over him, they became friends, then even dated for a while before he eventually asked her to marry him, she said yes. Koga was so full of hate, rage and anger for so long, wanting to kill everyone that got in his way of attaining power, all of that seemed to leave him while he was with her. After marriage, Koga seemed to be different. He still had anger issues but nowhere near as he did before. After a while, Koga and Kaira brought their little daughter Kystal Kage into the world and all was officially different for Koga, he had a family of his own now. He loved something again, more than his own life. Koga realized that he could not go around hating everyone and everything; he had changed.

With his new family, Kaira and Koga both knew they did not want to have their daughter around such danger all the time and they did not want her raised around so much hate and anger. A newly formed Light side group was allowed a planet with in brotherhood space and they thought it would be a welcome change of pace. Peace is all they wanted, But for Koga and his moster inside, Peace would not last long.
The Return To The Dark Side
Koga continued to have nightmares and flashbacks from childhood, and they were getting far worse. Koga nearly killed Kaira several times during missions due to his mental slips. In fear that Koga will slip and actually kill her or their daughter, she left him. Koga was crushed and finally hit the bottom. He went on a killing spree on New Tython, Killing nearly hundreds Natives before he would hijack and shuttle and find his way back to His only home he realy ever known. Plagueis. He only had one focus now. Destroy all who stands against him and his quest of power and the destruction of Coruscant, the place that created the monster lurking inside his dark soul.
