Son of a philosopher and brother to a soldier, Daedric Turelles knew more about the past than he does of the present. A young lad who is physically fit, and devoted to his studies but could hold his own in combat. He found his force sensitivity in his later teens which fueled his quest for power. Daedric's thirst for power through knowledge only grew deeper as his understanding of the force matured.

Discovery

Kibilini Sector

This wasn't the first time Daedric had been to the Outer Rim Territories, but it was the first time he had been to Neelabi. A world filled with water and oceans that were vast and far reaching. His father had received reports that a Holocron of unknown data was somewhere on the the surface.

The small ship landed in a open field far out of the reaches of civilization. As the canopy opened he stood, stretching and trying to get feeling back into his numb legs. His father, Miro, arose from the seat in front of him with excitement.

"We've made it my boy," Miro stated. Daedric let out a sigh as he stepped down from the old space craft. His feet touched the soft green hued grass that was on the surface. It felt like the grass back at home, but was odd at the same time. A slight breeze came across him carrying smell that he never smelt before.

"Come on, we burning day light." His father stated as he went to the cargo hold to begin unpacking the equipment. Here we go again. Daedric thought to himself as he moved over to help Miro unpack. He didn't mind the trips or the research, he just hated unpacking. His father wanted everything in a particular location and it couldn't be any where else.

"Father," Daedric began, "Do you think we will actually find a Holocron here? This planet doesn't even looked populated much less holding secrets of the Jedi." he stated. The field they were setting up camp in was open, with a tree line to the north that led into a dense forest. To the east i was nothing but rolling hills full of grass and random indigenous flowers and other plant life. It was the same story to the south and to the west, the forest continued around them; far as the eye could see. "I just have this weird feeling here," Daedric stated as he sat down a canister on the ground. He pressed a small red circle on the side of it and a protocol voice began to play Authentication please the voice stated. "Mike Tango Delta Tango Oscar Two" Daedric rambled off. Authentication Confirmed, Mobile Habitability Suit v6.2 sequence started. Daedric took a few steps back, watching as the canister began to run through its deployment steps.

"Father?" he asked, as he had not gotten a response from his earlier query. He turned to face his father, standing at the nose of the space craft. He was staring into a data pad, soft blue and white flashes appearing on his face and the images change on the screen. "Father? What is it" He asked as he approached.

"The reading here Daedric, I've never seen anything like it before." Miro finally answered. He angled the data pad to where Daedric could see. He had this feeling inside of his ever since they got into this sector of space. He never felt it before and he wasn't sure what it was, but he just knew something was here. His fathers data pad confirmed that something indeed was there. He too had never seen midoclorian counts as high as that being shown on screen.

"We need to explore the forest to the north." His father stated.

"It can wait till the morning. We still need to set up camp and get things secured here first. I haven't even set out the sentry drones yet." Daedric explained pointing in the general direction of the camps perimeter.

"You're right," he agreed as he clicked off the screen to the data pad and looked toward the northern forest. "Something is out there my boy, I just know it." He placed the data pad on the nose of the space craft and walked back to the cargo hold to help his son finish off loading the gear. Yeah, tell me about it Daedric thought to him self, handing crates to his father.

"We are getting close! I just know it!" Miro exclaimed as he stepped over a log laying on the ground.

"I sure hope so dammit, we have been out here for days!" Daedric replied stepping over the same log. "According to the recon drone, the building should less than a click on this bearing" Advised Daedric sending the information from his wrist link to his fathers. Miro stopped and looked at the incoming information, examining the route schematics.

"Are you sure this is the most direct route?" he questioned.

"Yes sir, recon drone 41 showed a large swamp area to the north, going around it will only speed us up. I mean, you're more than welcome to go through the swamp if you want to father, but I'll meet you on the other side, dry." Daedric replied laughing to himself. His father only nodded as he continued to look at his data pad.

"Father!"

"What is it my boy?" Miro stated as he walked up to son.

"I think I found it, look closely here, beneath the over growth at this stone. Isn't this the markings of the Krath?" Daedric questioned as he attempted to move the weeds and vines from the stone.

"Yes, yes it is. We must be close my boy. It's go to be around here somewhere. This marking here, Through knowledge I gain power. I've heard this before but I can't remember where." His father thought aloud, trying to bring up old studies.

"It's the Dark Side, Father. Don't you remember our studies at the enclave years ago?"

"Yes, yes, I remember those, but this particular phrase I don't remember. Through knowledge I gain power. It sounds like a play on the Sith Code." Miro began to look worried. He knew so much about the Force, but the Dark Side always terrified him.

"It's the Krath Father. Years ago they aligned themselves with the Dark Lord of the Sith. This is when they rose to power." Daedric's eyes began to fill with wonder, lust. He needed to find this temple, he needed to have the knowledge that laid within its walls. He craved it for some reason, it was a feeling that he personally had never felt before.

"I don't like that look in your eye Son," his father stated as he looked at Daedric. "Son!" Miro yelled trying to break Daedric's gaze at the stone tablet. It broke Daedric's concentration and his head snapped to his father, a since of anger and hatred across his face.

"What." Daedric stated coldly.

"We are going to set up camp here for the night, Daedric. Prepare the stuff." His father stated.

"Fine."
