Bombard Squadron is one of five squadrons operating from the Eye of the Abyss, a squad capable of carrying out bombing runs and raids on both orbital stations and enemy capital ships.

History

Bombard Squadron was founded by Proconsul Sashar Arconae following the Eighth Great Jedi War, or the Yuuzhan Vong Incursion. Dark Sight is one of the most illustrious and daring teams stationed on the Shadow, both for the roles it played after the Eighth Great Jedi War and for the perfectly executed extraction of Soulfire Strike Team on Reecee. Commander Guilford has high hopes for the future of the team.

Mission

Bombard Squadron is one of the six squadrons assigned to the Eye of the Abyss in the Arcona Defense Fleet, and their primary role in the Fleet is to be the heavy hitters, carrying out attacks on a variety of targets, bombing space outposts and capital ships alike. Each starfighter is trained to carry out those bombing missions and raids flawlessly, and train for that purpose.

Equipment

Bombard Squadron pilots use B-51 B-wing bombers with the logo of Arcona on both sides.
