Rear-Admiral Raif Slaxton is a Human male and Commanding Officer of Clan Taldryan's Battlegroup Vanguard. An experienced and reserved individual, Rear-Admiral Slaxton is the captain of the CSD Justice, the Clan's largest and most heavily armed ship.
