Quality
Added the quality tag for a few reasons: 1) Quotes should be limited to one per section, directly under the heading. 2) Your positions table at the bottom of the page is HTML. Please use the Positions template. 3) Your Strength and Weaknesses section, like the others under "Profile" should be written in paragraph form, not point form.
