A student of Kaine Mandalla, Raistline found his home in Aquillas of Senryaku. As he grew in rank, so did his confidence in his ability with fellow house members. The feeling of home and family filled the gaping hole his previous family had created. This all fell apart with the Fall of Aquillas.
