Example:

Telekinesis
Telekinesis is one of the most famous of Jedi powers. Through focus and concentration, the Jedi can reach out with the Force and manipulate a physical object, or objects. This power has both utilitarian applications as well as combat ones, though often requires special training (feats) for specific combat techniques. Telekinesis is one of the Jedi's most basic powers, and is one of the first powers studied. Even a Novice is able to move an object with nothing but his mind, but the power requires intense concentration. As mastery is gained, the power becomes easier to use and less likely to fail due to distraction. Template:Image
Rank 1 At an early stage, the Jedi must put his full concentration on an object to will it to move.
Rank 2 With an effort of will, the Jedi can freely move objects when not under duress.
Rank 3 Allied with the Force, the Jedi can wield telekinesis in the heat of battle.
Rank 4 The Jedi can now finely manipulate even intricate objects with the Force.
Rank 5 A master of the Force, the Jedi can now easily and instantly influence the world around him with telekinesis.
Duration Downtime
Telekinesis is a power that requires absolute mental control. As long as the Jedi can maintain his or her focus, the power can be wielded. However, as one gains master over telekinesis, it becomes more difficult to break the Jedi's concentration. Size matters not, but the duration and intricacy of the Jedi's telekinetic manipulation factor into how often he can wield his power. While successive, short uses of the power come easily to most Jedi, the more effort spent on the power, the longer it will take to recover.
