Description:
Atmospheric Floating City
Amphor Colony is everything that Cloud City on Bespin is not. Life here is mean and short. This place is ugly, purely functional, and possesses little in the way of law and order. The lower levels are full of gambling dens where errant miners lose their pay on a regular basis. Streetwalkers and gang members prey on them, completing the sordid picture. Due to the nature of the refinement of the gases and ores mined elsewhere in the system, Amphor Colony is a toxic wasteland as well. A suicidal jump down into the crushing gasses of Amphor Prime has aided many beings in their wish to escape their terrible life here.
